Let’s dive right into what we have in store for you!

Better manage your ads spend with more comprehensive Facebook ads reports 

Here is what you’re all waiting for! Now with the new version of TrueProfit, when you hover over Facebook in the ads spend chart, you will see the number of clicks and impressions that your campaign generated. 

This really comes in handy for store owners so that they can leverage the data to improve their ads, increase ROAS and further optimize their profits.

With TrueProfit 39, we have improved our dashboard to make sure that you’ll always get the help you need, no matter at which time you reach out to us.

  • From 9:00 – 18:00 (GMT+7) you can freely contact us via live chat right in-app. 
  • From 18:01 – 08:59 (GMT+7) you can visit our help center or fill out a contact form to submit a ticket.

Connect to the ads account that matches your subscription plan!

Now we have limited the number of ad accounts you can connect for each plan you follow. Details are as follows: 

For merchants who are using:

  • For merchants who are on Basic or old pricing plan: you can connect to only 1 ad account.
  • Advanced users can connect up to 2 ad accounts of their choice.
  • For the Ultimate plan, users can connect up to 5 ad accounts. 

Please note that when you downgrade your plan, you can still keep your connection to your ad account. However, in this case, you won’t be able to reconnect to that ad account in case it exceeds our limits.
