When you withdraw the app credits to the payment method linked to your Shopify account, the amount will be converted automatically to the currency that your store is using on Shopify.
Unfortunately, no. Stores already linked with an existing TrueProfit account do not qualify as new referrals.
The referral credits for that account will be invalidated. Their store will no longer count as a referral, even if they resume their subscription.
